WWE’s biggest surprise of WrestleMania 42 didn’t involve a title change or a legendary retirement — it was the jaw-dropping return of Paige, the woman who redefined what a WWE Diva could be. And she’s not done yet.
Paige confirmed via her official social media that she will appear live on SmackDown tonight (April 24, 2026), continuing the momentum from her explosive WrestleMania comeback.
What Happened at WrestleMania 42?
At WrestleMania 42 Night 1 inside Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Paige stepped in for an injured Nikki Bella and partnered with Brie Bella in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match — and they won. It wasn’t a nostalgia cameo. It was a championship-winning performance.

What Could Paige Do on SmackDown?
Three realistic scenarios are on the table tonight:
- Promo segment — addressing her return and clarifying if she’s back full-time
- Storyline continuation — diving deeper into the Women’s Tag Title picture
- Championship celebration — making her reign official on SmackDown’s stage
WWE rarely brings back a star of Paige’s magnitude without a long-term plan. Her charisma, connection with fans, and in-ring legacy make her one of the most organically over superstars on the roster — even after years away.
