The Hashir starrer coming-of-age comedy drama added Rs 5.10 crore to the tally on its Day 14 (second Wednesday) — which is just a 2 per cent drop from its opening day. That kind of hold at the box office after two full weeks in theatres is genuinely rare. Most films bleed out by the second weekend. Vaazha 2 is still going strong.
The running cumulative collection of Vaazha 2 reached Rs 95.50 crore gross at the Kerala box office, and it is expected to enter the Rs 100 crore club by Thursday night or Friday noon.

Directed by Savin Sa, Vaazha 2 is a coming-of-age comedy drama centred on the lives of young friends navigating life with humour, heart, and camaraderie. The film stars Hashir, Alan Bin Siraj, Ajin Joy, and Vinayak in the lead roles, with music composed by the band Malayali Monkeys along with Rajat Prakash (Hatsmyth), Parvatish Pradeep, Rzee, and others, while A Team handled the background scores.
