Climax Episode 9 Preview: One Leaked Video Is About to Destroy Everything Tae Seop and Sang Ah Built

Just when you thought Climax couldn’t get more intense — it did. The latest preview stills for the upcoming episode confirm that the fallout from Yang Mi’s bombshell move is only just beginning, and nobody is walking away unscathed.

Climax : Scandal That Changes Everything

In the upcoming episode, the aftermath of the leaked private video featuring Chu Sang Ah (Ha Ji Won) continues to wreak havoc on everyone around her.

For Tae Seop, the timing couldn’t be more devastating. After suffering a critical blow ahead of the election, Bang Tae Seop (Ju Ji Hoon) steps forward to issue a personal apology and attempts to contain the situation — but with public opinion already turned against him and mounting pressure from within his own party, he finds himself in a position where it is nearly impossible to hold on politically.

The newly released stills tell the full story without a single word. The image of Bang Tae Seop standing alone with visible wounds reflects a man pushed to the very edge, while another still shows him entering the party’s conference room in a desperate final bid for a breakthrough.

Sang Ah Faces Career Collapse

Chu Sang Ah faces her own crisis, as the spread of the video threatens to bring her acting career to a halt. Past events involving the two come to light, leading to direct emotional clashes between the characters and pushing their already fragile relationship into an irreversible spiral.

The stills of Sang Ah — deep in thought on a phone call, then surrounded by a swarming press pack — paint a vivid portrait of a woman whose carefully constructed public image is crumbling in real time.

Yang Mi Moves In for the Kill

Lee Yang Mi (Cha Joo Young) takes full advantage of the chaos, making her move and heightening tension over whose side the tide will ultimately favor.

The preview stills also show Yang Mi dining with rival presidential candidate Son Guk Won (Joo Jin Mo) — a meeting that signals she is already pivoting to her next power play — while Hwang Jeong Won (Nana) is glimpsed alone in the dark, examining something that only deepens the mystery around her next move.
