Tu Yaa Main OTT Release: Shanaya Kapoor & Adarsh Gourav’s Croc-Thriller Is Now on Netflix

If you’re hunting for a gripping survival thriller this weekend, your search ends here. Tu Yaa Main, the Bollywood film that surprised many with its wild premise — an influencer and a rapper vs. a giant crocodile — is officially streaming on Netflix from April 10, 2026. Here’s everything you need to know before you hit play.

Tu Yaa Main OTT Details

What’s the Film About?

Tu Yaa Main brings together two very different personalities — Maruti (Adarsh Gourav), a rapper from Nalasopara, and Avani Shah aka “Ms Vanity” (Shanaya Kapoor), a social media influencer. Their content collaboration at an isolated location turns into a nightmare when a massive crocodile — and a dangerous human predator — put their lives on the line.

What unfolds is a chaotic race for survival where two rivals are forced to become unlikely allies. The survival thriller genre has always had a loyal global fanbase, and this Indian take brings a fresh, quirky spin to it.

Tu Yaa Main : Cast

The film features a strong supporting ensemble alongside the two leads — Parul Gulati, Sanjay Appan, Kshitee Jog, and Amrutha Srinivasan add depth to the story. Special appearances by Amruta Khanvilkar and Parvathy Thiruvothu make it even more exciting.

Both Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav prove they’re not afraid to take bold, unconventional roles — and that’s exactly what makes this worth a watch.

Tu Yaa Main Box Office vs. OTT: Can Netflix Rescue It?

The film earned a modest ₹4.25 crore in its opening weekend before closing its theatrical run at around ₹7.5 crore nett. That’s not blockbuster territory, but survival thrillers often find their real audience on streaming platforms — and Netflix’s wide reach could change Tu Yaa Main‘s fate entirely.
