Pinkies up, EYEKONs — KATSEYE is back! The HYBE global girl group has officially announced their new single PINKY UP, and between the cheeky teasers, a Coachella debut around the corner, and a comeback schedule dropping, the excitement is absolutely off the charts.

What’s PINKY UP All About?

KATSEYE first dropped hints about PINKY UP with a cryptic teaser featuring the Mona Lisa bringing a cup of tea to her lips — pinky raised, of course. A second teaser followed with an arcade claw machine branded with “KATSEYE” pulling out a sword from blinged-out stuffed animals and a lone tea cup, captioned “We’re screaming from cloud nine!!”

The group actually teased this moment much earlier — when they appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in February, they sipped tea with their pinkies up, hinting at what was coming. Y101 Turns out, it was a full single announcement hiding in plain sight.

The Comeback Scheduler & What’s Next

The first teaser is scheduled for April 2, with the first photo look dropping on April 3 GMA News Online, building anticipation all the way to the April 9 release. The timing is no accident either — PINKY UP drops just one day before KATSEYE’s highly anticipated Coachella debut, making it a powerful launchpad for one of their biggest performances yet.

The Manon Question

PINKY UP will be the group’s first new music since HYBE and Geffen announced that member Manon Bannerman would be taking a break to focus on her health and wellbeing. Members Sophia, Yoonchae, Daniela, Lara, and Megan all shared or interacted with the PINKY UP reveal, while Manon remained silent — no official confirmation has been made on her involvement. InMusic

Fans are rooting for her return and sending love either way. 💜
