Antigravity’s 360-degree drone is dropping 20 percent in price ahead of a major hardware refresh expected this spring. The discount—available through Amazon’s Big Spring Sale—marks the perfect window for buyers to grab the current model before the upgraded version launches. Current pricing sits at $799 down from the original $999, making this one of the best entry points for advanced aerial imaging technology.

Why the 360-Degree Drone Matters Now

The 360-degree drone category has exploded in popularity. Antigravity’s model captures full-sphere video without blind spots—something conventional drones locked to forward-facing capture simply can’t do. According to The Verge, this technology appeals to content creators, real estate professionals, and industrial inspectors who need complete spatial awareness.

The current model’s omnidirectional sensors track movement in all directions simultaneously. It delivers what competitors are still struggling to match.

What’s Changing With the Next Model

Antigravity hasn’t confirmed exact specs yet, but industry sources point to three likely improvements: enhanced AI processing for faster scene analysis, extended battery life (targeting 45+ minutes), and 4K stabilization upgrades. A late April or early May launch seems probable.

Here’s the thing: the current model’s core strength—full omni-capture—won’t change. The upgrade targets speed and endurance, not the fundamentals that make it work.

Specs That Define This Generation

The current 360-degree drone ships with 6 integrated cameras, 32GB onboard storage, and 40-minute flight time per charge. Weight sits at 1.2 pounds, keeping it under most regulatory thresholds.

The omni-capture system records at 1080p across all angles simultaneously, stitching feeds in real-time via onboard processors. Antigravity’s proprietary stitching algorithm remains the industry standard for seamless 360-degree output.

What Experts Are Saying

Drone analysts view this discount as a clearance signal. Smart buyers move before the next announcement. Early adopters report the current model excels in real estate walkthroughs and construction site documentation.

One limitation worth noting: it requires stable weather. Wind above 15 mph degrades image quality across all six sensors.

What Comes Next

Expect the upgraded model to launch within 6 weeks. Antigravity typically prices new generations 15-20% higher than outgoing models, suggesting the next version could hit $1,199.

This discount window closes fast. Amazon’s Big Spring Sale runs through March 31st.
