The standard OPPO K14 is coming to India — and it’s already cleared BIS certification (model number CPH2869), putting a late-March or early-April 2026 launch firmly on the radar. The phone is expected to carry a design similar to the K14x that launched in India on February 10, but with a meaningfully higher chipset: the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 — a step up from the Dimensity 7300 in the K13. One separate development to note: the K14 Turbo series, which was tipped for China in April, is now likely cancelled for India (not fully confirmed yet).

What to Know Before You Buy
The Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 is a meaningful upgrade over both the Dimensity 6300 in the K14x and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 in the K13 — better CPU performance, improved GPU, and a stronger AI/NPU engine. Combined with the rumoured 7,300mAh battery (larger than the K13’s 7,000mAh), 80W charging, and an in-display fingerprint sensor, the K14 shapes up as the strongest all-rounder in the lineup.
The K14x’s weakest points — HD+ LCD display, 45W charging, and a side fingerprint scanner — are all expected to be resolved on the standard K14. The 32MP front camera (up from 8MP on the K14x) is the single most dramatic spec jump between the two models, if confirmed.
On the K14 Turbo cancellation for India: Tipster Digital Chat Station had the K14 Turbo and Turbo Pro pegged for China in April, powered by Dimensity 9500s, built-in cooling fan, and up to 16GB RAM. But per the latest information, the Turbo variants are likely cancelled for the Indian market — this is unconfirmed, so check back before ruling them out entirely.
Who should wait: If you’re on an OPPO K13 or any sub-₹20,000 phone with an AMOLED display and need a meaningful upgrade in gaming and camera, the K14 is worth the wait. If battery life alone is your priority and budget is tight, the K14x at ₹14,999 is already available.
