NVIDIA has been delivering more with its GPUs especially for eSports gamers and to extend that the graphics giant has brought their proprietary NVIDIA Reflex tech to a wide range of games. Last month they added Rainbow Six Siege to the list and now it’s time for Overwatch.

NVIDIA Reflex reduces system latency to further improve player competitiveness, allowing them to acquire targets faster, react quicker, and increase aim precision simply by enabling NVIDIA Reflex in a game’s settings.

GeForce Gamers Playing Overwatch Get an Aiming Upgrade

In nearly all sports, the right gear can help competitors achieve their full potential. Competitive games are no exception, where better GPUs, displays, and peripherals can lead to split-second improvements in targeting, which can be the difference between digital life or death.

Overwatch players with a GeForce GTX 900 Series GPU and newer can try out NVIDIA Reflex before it comes to the main game. Just grab the latest NVIDIA Game Ready Driver, go on the Overwatch PTR server, navigate the display options menu and enable NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency.

Being a fraction of a second late on the trigger can be the difference between winning or losing an engagement, so reducing system latency can be critical for Overwatch players- regardless of hero, ability, or weapon gamers use. With NVIDIA Reflex, system latency is significantly reduced, making it easier to target enemies and improving PC responsiveness.

Overwatch also features the Latency Flash Indicator. If a system is equipped with a new Reflex Latency Analyzer compatible monitor and has GeForce Experience installed, simply enabling the flash indicator and positioning the monitoring rectangle over the indicator location will deliver accurate system latency results every time.

NVIDIA Reflex Builds Momentum

NVIDIA Reflex has seen phenomenal adoption by game developers: 7 out of the top 10 shooters have adopted the technology to great success. And it is now simpler for developers to add revolutionary technology to their games because Reflex support is available from UE4 mainline
