In this project, Microsoft will provide its cloud platform to host the modular software distribution and modification at the earliest. The software modules will be managed by Bosch. This roadmap can solve the overall complexity in this field as per the duo.

Markus Heyn, the board member at Bosch said, “Having a comprehensive software platform from the vehicle to the cloud will reduce the complexity of the software development and the vehicle system integration,” He added further,  “In this way, we will create the conditions for wireless updates to work just as smoothly and conveniently in vehicles as they do in smartphones.”

After the implementation of this project, the users will get updates of their cars on time, can download anytime, thanks to the cloud system. The companies are expecting to deploy it by the end of 2021.
