Wrestling fans, get ready for a major injection of talent! Fresh off Lash Legend’s official SmackDown debut, reports suggest WWE is preparing to call up two more NXT powerhouses—Jordynne Grace and former NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne—to the main roster in 2026.

WWE NXT Call-Ups: What We Know

Superstar	NXT Credentials	Rumored Brand	Potential Role
Jordynne Grace	Former TNA Knockouts Champion	SmackDown	WWE Women’s Championship contender
Jacy Jayne	Former NXT Women’s Champion	RAW/SmackDown	Mid-card heel, championship contender
Lash Legend	Recent call-up	SmackDown	Aligned with Nia Jax (CONFIRMED)

Why WWE Needs These Call-Ups Now

SmackDown’s Star Power Crisis
The blue brand desperately needs reinforcements. With Bianca Belair sidelined by injury and Naomi moving to RAW before announcing her pregnancy, SmackDown’s women’s division has been stretched thin. Tiffany Stratton’s recent championship reign struggled partly due to the lack of credible challengers, ultimately ending when Jade Cargill captured the title.

Jordynne Grace would instantly become a main event-caliber opponent for whoever holds the WWE Women’s Championship. Her TNA pedigree and crossover appeal make her a ready-made star who can compete at the highest level from day one.

RAW’s Heel Shortage
While Monday Night RAW boasts a stacked women’s roster featuring Rhea Ripley, IYO SKY, and recent call-up Stephanie Vaquer, the brand lacks depth in heel competitors beyond Becky Lynch, The Judgment Day, and The Kabuki Warriors.

Jacy Jayne solves this problem immediately. The former NXT Women’s Champion brings credibility, in-ring skills, and the versatility to work across the card. Imagine dream matches against Ripley, SKY, or even her former NXT colleague Vaquer—the possibilities are endless for creative storytelling.

Triple H’s Vision for Women’s Wrestling

According to wrestling insider Chris The Wrestling Informer, these discussions are happening at the highest levels, with Triple H—WWE’s Head of Creative—reportedly spearheading the planning for 2026 call-ups. This aligns with his commitment to strengthening women’s wrestling across all brands.

Lash Legend’s Friday debut alongside Nia Jax against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss signals WWE’s aggressive approach to roster building. Unlike her previous appearances with Jakara Jackson, this move appears permanent, setting a precedent for Grace and Jayne’s potential arrivals.

What This Means for NXT

With Grace and Jayne potentially moving up, expect NXT’s women’s division to spotlight emerging talents like Tatum Paxley, Blake Monroe, and Lola Vice. These stars have already stepped up following Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer’s main roster call-ups earlier this year, proving the developmental brand’s depth.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When exactly will Jordynne Grace and Jacy Jayne debut on WWE’s main roster?

While no official date has been announced, reports indicate WWE is targeting 2026 for their call-ups. The exact timing will likely depend on storyline opportunities and roster needs on RAW and SmackDown.
