Industry insider Jeff Grubb has confirmed that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released in March of next year, and a new book release announced by Disney may support that assertion.

The game gained positive feedback from both fans and critics. To this point, the narrative, visual aesthetic, gameplay elements, lightsaber motions, and setting all feel superb.
Additionally, Jedi Fallen Order’s conclusion appeared to hint at a sequel, so sooner or later, we were going to get a follow-up. In May of this year, a teaser and the official announcement of the sequel were made.
The game’s release window of 2023 was indicated in the trailer but no specific release date. There was no concrete confirmation of the launch date in March 2023, which was suggested by several rumors. Senior video game journalist Jeff Grubb has now confirmed the month in the most recent report.
According to Grubb, both the game and the book, which is planned to span the period between Jedi Fallen Order and Jedi Survivor, will be released in March 2023. Given that this is the official release date, the game won’t be available for another 6 months or so.
About the Game
Five years after the Jedi Fallen Order, Star Wars: Jedi Survivor will take place in the same universe as the recently released television series Obi-Wan Kenobi. Cal is one of the few remaining Jedis seeking to stop the Empire from gaining complete control of the world as the game progresses.
Cal will make a comeback in the game, along with everyone’s favorite BD-1. The clip also features a new opponent who appears to be in a recovery tank similar to those seen in many Star Wars television programs and films.
Since everyone is eagerly awaiting the game and delays have been rather frequent lately, we truly hope EA quickly announces additional information and specific release date.
There’s no doubt the game will be a huge success if it has the same intensity as its predecessor or somehow improves upon it. Sometime around 2023, the game will be released on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. The month of choice might turn out to be March, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
