While Das celebrated the 2014 I-League trophy for Mohun Bagan, he experienced the ISL trophy-winning for Atletico de Kolkata in the 2016 edition and ATK in the 2019/20 edition.

Das handles the defensive duties very maturely. Meanwhile, the right-back also helps to set up the attack for his team. The smart footballer has a strong ability to read the situation quickly and work according to the situation. While his pass accuracy has improved, he is also dangerous in crosses.

When ATK won the 2019/20 ISL trophy, Das provided five assists for his team.
