Ek Villain Returns is the most awaited movie sequel to the 2014 movie named Ek Villain. The movie Ek Villain Returns is now have got a new release date. The movie was directed by Mohit Suri and jointly produced by T-Series and Balaji Telefilms.
Ek Villain Returns: New Release Date
The movie Ek Villain Returns has recently been scheduled to be released on 29th July 2022 in theatres. Earlier the film was scheduled to be released on 8th July 2022. The movie stars John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Disha Patni, and Tara Sutaria in the lead roles.
The director of the movie Ek Villain Returns Mohit Suri has said in a statement that “Ek Villain was my passion project and a labor of love. The kind of love that I still receive for Ek Villain overwhelms me. I am sure with Ek Villain Returns, the love is only going to grow bigger. And while I cannot reveal much about the film, I can assure you that it is going to be a thrilling rollercoaster ride.”
In an interaction with indianexpress.com, the director said that “In this film, the girls are also playing villains. I and Ekta are trying to build on a whole series of villains and different characters, who are all connected to each other.”
Mohit Suri has previously directed many successful movies such as Half Girlfriend, Malang, Murder 2, Aashiqui 2, Zeher, and Kalyug among others. This movie Ek Villain Return is going to be the first collaboration with John Abraham because all the other lead actors have worked with him previously.
