It was Electrek who first reported this issue after receiving many complaints from consumers in Canada and the United States. For all Tesla car owners, the Tesla app is an essential tool. The app may be used not just as a car key, but also to access a variety of automobile features.

Elon Musk responded to a tweet from a Tesla car owner in Seoul who complained that the Tesla app was not working, saying that he was having the software reviewed.

Everything is back on track again, regardless of the fact that the issue continued for the greater part of Friday. Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded to a consumer complaint on Twitter by blaming the issue on “increasing verbosity of network traffic.”

Data logs are frequently kept by programmes to aid in mistake detection. Companies can use “verbose mode” in some circumstances to make the data logs include a lot more information to locate the specific problem.

Activating this feature, which is often known as boosting the verbosity, increases the size of logs significantly, making them considerably more bandwidth-intensive.

According to Musk’s tweet, several Tesla services were producing verbose data logs, causing network congestion and preventing customers from connecting to the servers. He also stated that the business is taking steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
