The company has partnered with Ecologi “Let’s Plant Together” A campaign has been launched under which the company has promised to plant 50 trees on the purchase of a Nokia XR20 smartphone.

Nokia promises to plant 50 trees for every Nokia XR20 smartphone purchased

Earlier, the company had shipped the Nokia X10 smartphone with 100 percent recycled packaging. Apart from this, the company promised to offer official Android operating system and security patch updates for up to 3 years in this phone.

The company announced in its announcement that in partnership with Ecologi, the company will plant trees in Mozambique or Madagascar. The number of trees will be based on the sales of the G and X series smartphones. The company’s new Nokia T20 tablet is also included in this campaign.

To participate in this eco-friendly campaign of the company, you have to register the IMEI number of your eligible smartphone. As announced by Nokia, Nokia G50 10 trees will be planted on the sale of smartphones, while Nokia X10 And Nokia X20 20 trees will be planted on the sale of phones and T20 tabs. At the same time, 50 trees will be planted on the sale of Nokia XR20. This campaign is available to European customers and in this way the company will plant up to 35,000 trees.
