Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G was launched in the Indian market on Wednesday. The phone debuted globally earlier this month alongside the Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro. The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE is a variant of the Mi 11 Lite that is already available in the Indian market since June.

The Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G is powered by a Snapdragon chipset, it gets a triple-lens camera and a display with a fast refresh rate. So let’s have a look at all the details of the newly launched Smartphone.

Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G specifications

The Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G features the exact same design as its predecessor. Even the thickness (6.81mm) and weight (158 grams) are the same as its 4G predecessor in India. The smartphone includes a 6.55-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel with support for a 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The panel has a 2400 x 1080-pixel resolution and comes with HDR 10+, DCI-P3 color gamut, and Dolby Vision support for an immersive viewing experience.

In terms of optics, the Smartphone has a triple camera module with a 64MP primary sensor with f/1.79 aperture. It has been paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 119-degree FOV and a 5MP telemacro lens. The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5Gcomes with a 20-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front. The cameras onboard support features like Timed Burst, time-lapse video, up to 4K @ 30FPS video recording support, and more.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 1TB using a microSD card slot. The device runs Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 out-of-the-box. Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G supports dual-SIM 5G and comes with 12 5G band support out-of-the-box. The smartphone includes a 4,250mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support via the USB-C port at the bottom. Moreover, the device supports a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2 in terms of connectivity.

The company has launched the Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G in two variants with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant being priced at ₹26,999 and the 8GB RAM and 128GB variant priced at ₹28,999. The Smartphone will be sold in Tuscany Coral, Vinyl Black, Jazz Blue, Diamond Dazzle colours.

The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G will be available from Mi.com, Xiaomi stores and Amazon India as well. The first sale of the device will begin on 2 October at 12 midnight. Xiaomi is also offering a special discount on the device for a limited period. The buyers can get a special Diwali discount of ₹1,500 from 2 October to 7 October. The buyers can also get a bank offer of ₹2,000. No-cost EMI of up to 12 months will also be listed on the e-commerce sites.
