HMD Global’s latest Nokia device is the Nokia XR20 5G that will carry a price tag of $550(40,940 INR), it will be Nokia’s latest device, a more rugged version of the Nokia X20, and will ship with Android 11 out-of-the-box and the best part about it is that it will come with 3 years of OS upgrades along with 4 years of monthly security updates.

The Nokia XR20 5G will have a 6.67″ FHD+ LCD screen and will be powered by the Snapdragon 480 5G SoC. The device will have a dual-camera setup on the rear and will have a 48MP primary sensor along with a 13MP additional sensor. It will have an 8MP selfie shooter on the front.

The Nokia XR20 5G has a 4,360mAh battery and will support 18W fast charging and 15W wireless charging as well. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an IP68 rating for water resistance.

Nokia claims that the XR20 5G features the most rugged and tough glass exterior out there in any mid-range device. The brand quite literally stated that if the device gets dirty, one can “just clean it up with soap and water”!

The brand most certainly appears to be confident about the toughness of the device, as it rightfully should. The Corning Gorilla Glass Victus is one of the toughest out there at present.

The Nokia XR20 5G will be released in only a 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant. The device carries stereo speakers with OZO audio and is MIL-STD 810H certified. It weighs 248g and is 10.64mm thick.

The device’s availability in India is yet to be confirmed by Nokia. However, if it does release in India, it is bound to receive a lot of competition considering it is a mid-range device.
