Rumors of the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 have been afloat for a while now, while we have had no updates from Samsung on the possible release dates or price of the buds, recent renders that were leaked by 91mobiles gives us an idea of what the specs and colorways of the device could be.

The Galaxy Buds2 could possibly be released on the 28th of June at the Samsung MWC 2021 alongside their Galaxy Watch4. The Galaxy Buds2 was initially spotted on the FCC certification site a while ago, it gave us some details about the technical and hardware aspects of the buds.

Samsung has decided to switch things up a bit, texture-wise. The original Galaxy Buds and Buds+ came with a matte and glossy dual-tone finish but these Buds2 will feature a rather uniform texture throughout. It has a glossy look throughout.

The Galaxy Buds2 looks similar to the Galaxy Buds Pro and will come in 4 different color variants, Black, Purple, Green, and White. The interior of the charging cases will match the color of the buds themselves whereas the exterior will come in white.

The charging case itself features 2 LEDs, one on the interior and another on the exterior. The Galaxy Buds2 will not support ANC according to reports that have emerged so far but they will feature Active Noise Reduction.

The Galaxy Buds2 will feature rubber tips to offer passive noise cancellation, the charging case comes in a square shape and is eerily similar to that of the Galaxy Buds Live and Buds Pro cases.

Based on the FCC listing, all we know about the Galaxy Buds2 are that it will feature a 500mAh case, each earbud will house a 60mAh battery. The case will support charging at 2.5W and the buds will charge at 0.6W. Hopefully, we get more information about the pricing of the buds in the coming days.
