Realme GT global launch is scheduled for 15th June | Price leaked

Realme GT was launched in China as the company’s best flagship smartphone powered by a Snapdragon 888 processor a couple of months ago. Now the company has finally revealed the launch date which is scheduled for June 15 in Europe. This launch is the global launch on June 15, whereas, the India launch is said to be soon after the Europe launch, which means we can expect it by the end of June. Though the launch date has not been declared for India, the global launch will go live at 5:30 PM in India on 15th June.

We are expecting most of the specifications of the Realme GT global version will be similar to the Chinese version.

Realme GT 5G is fitted with a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED E4 display with a left-aligned punch-hole design. The screen offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 120H refresh rate, a 100% P3 color gamut, and a screen-to-body ratio of 91.7 percent.

Realme GT 5G has three rear-facing cameras which include a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 primary camera with f/1.89 aperture, a 119-degree 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It also has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Realme GT’s flagship-tier chipset has EIS and can easily record 4K/60fps videos, while slow-mo support goes back to 720p/480 fps./p>.

Realme has promised a Snapdragon 888-powered flagship processor paired with 8 GB / 12 GB of LPDDDR5 RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage but lacks the support of external storage, which means there is no option for extending its memory via micro-SD card. Whereas, there is a card slot that holds two nano-SIM cards. The device runs on Android 11 OS and Realme UI 2.0.

The phone is powered by a 4,500 mAh that supports 65W wired fast charging but no wireless charging support mentioned yet. Other details like it come with the HyperBoost 4.0 package for allocating as many resources as possible to gaming when you need that extra bit of performance, 4D in-game vibrations, faster loading times, dynamic sound effects, and more. The smartphone is fitted with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio-certified dual speakers and 3D tempered liquid cooling technology that can effectively reduce the phone’s temperature by up to 15℃ while gaming.

Ahead of the launch, the official product page of Realme Europe has accidentally leaked the pricing of the smartphone. The pricing of the Realme GT Racing Yellow with storage variant 12GB RAM + 256GB storage is €549 which converts to approximately ₹48,644.
