It has almost been one year since we are waiting for the next flagship series, the successor of the Galaxy S20 series, that launched in 2020. After a lot of rumors, renders, leaks, finally our wait is over as Samsung has launched its Galaxy S21 series globally today on 14th January 2021. As expected, Samsung Galaxy S21 series has arrived with its three powerful models: Samsung Galaxy S21, Samsung Galaxy S21+, and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. So, without wasting any time, let’s just get into the specifications of each one of them.

Samsung Galaxy S21:

Samsung Galaxy S21 runs One UI 3 based on Android 11 OS and is powered by a 5nm based chipset, Exynos 2100 that comes with a powerful performance, thanks to its 20% faster CPU, 30% faster GPU, and 2 times advanced AI. Regarding display, this phone offers a 6.2-inch FHD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) edge-to-edge AMOLED flat display (1300 nits of peak brightness) supported by an adaptive refresh rate from 48Hz to 120Hz. To give your eyes ultimate comfort, this display comes with an eye-comfort shield.

The SoC of this phone is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage. Coming to the camera section, this phone houses a triple rear camera setup (first-ever camera setup guarded by a metal frame) supported by an LED flash that includes a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, a 12MP wide-angle sensor, and a 64MP Telephoto zoom lens. The rear camera setup of this phone comes with a lot of interesting advanced features, thanks to its AI, such as there are various portrait modes, studio mode, directors mode (easily record videos changing the angles), single-take, and much more. The rear camera module is well capable to shoot extreme quality 8K videos. For selfies, this phone flaunts a 10MP selfie snapper at the front inside the punch-hole.

To give your eyes ultimate comfort, this display comes with an eye-comfort shield. The RAM/storage and camera setup (rear and front) are identical to Galaxy S21.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra:

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra offers a 6.8-inch QHD+ AMOLED edge display with an adaptive refresh rate from 10Hz to 120Hz (1500 nits of peak brightness). OS and chipset are similar to the S21 and S21+.

The SoC of this phone is paired with 12GB/16GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB of internal storage. Coming to the camera section, this phone offers a quad rear camera setup along with a Laser AF sensor (For shooting wide-angle macro images) and an LED flash that includes a 12MP Ultra-wide sensor, a 108MP wide-angle sensor, and two 10MP telephoto zoom lens (3X and 10X zoom). The rear module can record ultra-wide videos at 4K/60fps. For selfies, this phone has a 40MP selfie snapper at the front.

As an extra feature, it has the support for Galaxy S pen which is the very-first Samsung has launched an S-series smartphone with Galaxy S pen support. There are two types of S pen you can use: Galaxy S pen and S pen Pro. The S pen Pro is currently not available but will be available later this year.
