2020-21 ISL is going to start on 20th November. Before the kick-off of the season, all the teams are confirming their final squads.

ATK was the champion of ISL last season. But from this season they have merged with Kolkata giants Mohun Bagan AC and will play as ATK Mohun Bagan FC this season.

ATK Mohun Bagan FC has confirmed their 27 men squad for the 2020-21 season. According to new rules, every club may register 35 men players. Among them, 3 will be developmental players (born after 1st January 2000).

All the teams need to register at least 5 and a maximum of 7 foreigners in the squad. Among those 7, one should belong to AFC [ Asian Football Federation] member association country.

The final confirmed squad of ATK Mohun Bagan for 2020-21 ISL is:

Goalkeepers: Arindam Bhattacharya, Dheeraj Singh, Avilash Paul, Arsh Shaikh, Aryan Lamba

Defenders: Tiri, Pritam Kotal, Prabir Das, Sandesh Jhingan, Subashish Bose, Sumit Rathi

Midfielders: Pronay Halder, Brad Inman, Javi Hernandez, Edu Garcia, Carl McHugh, Glan Martins, Jayesh Rane, Michael Soosairaj, Boris Singh, Michael Regin, Sk Sahil, Ningombam Engson Singh

Forwards: David Williams, Roy Krishna, Manvir Singh, Md. Fardin Ali

The arrival of Tiri, Sandesh Jhingan, and Subashish Bose make the ATKMB defence more solid. The presence of David Williams, Roy Krishna upfront will also surely be a benefit for ATK Mohun Bagan FC.

ATKMB will play in AFC Cup this year as well. Before the season starts on the defending ISL Champions will play a friendly against FC Goa on the 14th of November. ATKMB’s first match is against Kerala Blasters on 20th November.

After that the all important Kolkata derby against SC East Bengal is on 27th November.
