After a lot of YOGA laptops, Lenovo showcases their strongest laptop by far – the ThinkPad X1 Extreme at the IFA 2018

Lenovo, the Chinese tech giant, is always been known for its innovative products. This IFA 2018 has a mind-boggling show, with a variety of unique products.

Already Lenovo has launched many of its YOGA laptops and its unique YOGA BOOK, which you can check out all at the end of this post. Apart from YOGA series, Lenovo’s another by far hit laptop series is the ThinkPad laptop series.

The addition to the name “Extreme” suggests that you can now expect more power, performance, and productivity. Lenovo aims that this laptop will by far meet the requirements of extreme office and business productivity…

The ThinkPad Xtreme X1 series features a 15.6-inch 4K UHD display. And as expected, it also features Intel’s latest 8th gen Core (+vPro) chipset processors. Lenovo has also promised to bring a Core i9 variant of the laptop as well at the end of the year…

The X1 series is backed by NVIDIA GeForce discrete graphics card. It has a max graphics support up to 4GB GeForce 1050Ti MaxQ Edition.

 

Lenovo brings their strongest laptop- ThinkPad X1 Extreme

 

The laptop series has been outfitted with up to 64GB of RAM (2x DIMM) and 2*1TB of PCIe SSD. Also, it has been backed by an 80Whr battery life that is by far the highest for the ThinkPad X-series.

Additionally, Lenovo has injected its Quick-Charge technology for the benefit of the users. Being a Lenovo laptop, expectedly you get Dolby Atmos audio support as well.

The starting price of the ThinkPad Xtreme X1 laptop series has been set at $1859.99. As for now, the availability has not been clearly mentioned by Lenovo… 😅
