ZTE confirmed that it will arrive with a designated security chip that will elevate your hardware protection to the next level.

ZTE’s 100MP claims mostly mean the company will integrate Samsung’s ISOCELL HM2 sensor in the upcoming Axon 40 Pro. The company is unique as it will only make mobile imaging platforms with such high resolutions and the HM2 is its latest iteration.

In terms of size, the sensor measures 1/1.33″ and it arrives with support for PDAF, Laser AF, and OIS. All of which will make the Axon 40 Pro a remarkable device. The image represents 6 layers in front of the actual sensors, which means that it will be a proper 6P lens along with an aperture of f/1.8.

Coming to the security chip, it will be a first for ZTE. There is no detail on what the features are but we can hope for it to have sensitive data such as fingerprint sensors, passwords, and credit card details. Apart from this, there is not much information where the storage can be vulnerable to attacks.

In a week we will know all the information, however, ZTE is likely to share more features until then.
