Zero Point: Batman is here to unravel the mysteries of Fornite Island

Fortnite has a lot of characters in its battle royale and to be frank we don’t have a clue as to the history behind these characters. However, times are changing and everything will make more sense when the ‘Knight of the Night’ aka The Batman makes its appearance in the world of Fortnite.

Batman is the most badass hero to ever exist in the history of comic books and he has been termed as the most dangerous human by Superman himself. But coming to Fortnite, a new comic book by the name of Zero Point has been released in the market. it’s a crossover between Batman and Fortnite.

So, let’s see what exactly is the comic book all about. Firstly the story, A mysterious crack appears in Gotham’s skies, and Batman heads out to investigate. He spots Harley Quinn by the disturbance and is eventually pulled into it against his will. And as you have guessed by now, they got pulled over in the world of Fortnite.

After reaching Fortnite island it seems that Batman has lost his memories but still remembers how to use gadgets and how to fight. He immediately notices some strange things about this unknown place, and also one important factor is that for some reason he is unable to speak. The island has something strange going on everyone is trying to kill each other.

After a while, he comes to one of a possible explanation of this condition, stating that: “I’ve gone mad.” It isn’t until he sees Catwoman that his memory is jostled just a little bit. The first issue ends without many resolutions, but it poses a lot of questions. Why can’t the characters talk? And is there a reason everyone is trying to kill each other? There are a lot of questions to ask which we have never asked about the world and characters of Fortnite. But exploring the secrets of Fortnite island with the genius of Batman, the journey looks fascinating.

Zero Point is written by Christos Gage, with art by Nelson Faro DeCastro, Reilly Brown, and John Kalisz. Issue 1 is available now, with subsequent issues coming on May 4th, May 18th, June 1st, June 15th, and July 6th.
