The U-20 football landscape is shifting. Lead scout Zakeer Hussain is ditching outdated physical metrics for a high-tech, cognitive-focused strategy.

- **The Vision:** Prioritizing spatial awareness and tactical intelligence over raw speed.
- **The Model:** Leveraging Manchester United-style data to bridge grassroots talent gaps.

Hussain’s mission is clear: build a pipeline for long-term, elite-level dominance. The future of football is officially data-driven.
