### 1. Desi Bling — Netflix | May 20

**Cast:** Karan Kundrra, Tejasswi Prakash, Rizwan Sajan | **Genre:** Reality Series

*Desi Bling* invites viewers to step into the extravagant world of Dubai’s ultra-rich Indians, where lavish parties, luxury lifestyles, and hidden rivalries collide. The reality series offers an exclusive glimpse into the lives of billionaire business tycoons and high-society socialites as they navigate ambition, relationships, glamour, and drama in one of the world’s most opulent cities. With real-life couple Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash at its centre, the show blends star power with aspirational drama — think *The Real Housewives* but with a desi flair and Dubai skyline.

### 2. Chand Mera Dil — Theaters | May 22 ⭐ Big Screen Pick

**Cast:** Ananya Panday, Lakshya | **Director:** Vivek Soni | **Runtime:** 2 hrs 15 mins

Produced by Dharma Productions, *Chand Mera Dil* is the only Hindi film releasing in cinemas this week. The makers dropped the trailer with the tagline: “A love story that’s not perfect, not planned, just a little real.” Ananya Panday and Lakshya have drawn early praise for their intense, heartfelt chemistry — and this looks every bit the kind of earnest romantic drama that Bollywood has been missing. A perfect date-night film for the long weekend.

### 3. System — Prime Video | May 22 ⭐ Awards Contender

**Cast:** Sonakshi Sinha, Jyotika, Ashutosh Gowariker | **Director:** Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari

*System* centres on Neha Rajvansh (Sonakshi Sinha), a privileged public prosecutor, who teams up with humble stenographer Sarika Rawat (Jyotika). Together, they navigate the complexities of society and uncover deep-rooted injustices. Directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, this is a collision of two very different women fighting the same broken system — and with two of India’s finest actresses leading, the performances are expected to carry real weight. This is the one to watch if you want something that makes you think.

### 4. Madhuvidhu (Hindi Dub) — SonyLIV | May 22

**Cast:** Sharaf U Dheen, Kalyani Panicker, Jagadish | **Director:** Vishnu Aravind | **Runtime:** 2 hrs 5 mins

*Madhuvidhu* narrates the story of Amrutharaj (Ammu), a café owner who lives in an all-male household called Aanjalimoottil Tharavadu in Adoor, alongside his widowed father and bachelor uncle. The family is considered cursed by villagers, resulting in 28 failed marriage alliances for Ammu. A warm-hearted Malayalam [romantic comedy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romantic_comedy_film) now arriving in Hindi — lighthearted, rooted in family drama, and exactly the kind of feel-good watch you need after a long week.

### 5. Satrangi: Badle Ka Khel — Zee5 | May 22

**Cast:** Anshuman Pushkar, Mahvash, Kumud Mishra | **Director:** Jai Basantu Singh | **Genre:** Action Crime Drama

*Satrangi: Badle Ka Khel* depicts the rebellion of a young man named Babloo Mahato against the atrocities of strongmen. With Kumud Mishra — one of Hindi cinema’s most reliable character actors — in the mix alongside Mahvash, this promises grit, drama, and a story rooted in ground-level justice. If you’re in the mood for action and edge, this is your streaming pick of the week.
