BGMI just made your squad calls a whole lot cooler. KRAFTON India has teamed up with one of the most anticipated Indian films of the year — Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups — and it’s bringing none other than Rocking Star Yash directly into the game via the massive Update 4.4.

What’s in the Collaboration?
The collaboration introduces exclusive voice packs in both Hindi and Kannada alongside a slate of Toxic-themed in-game collectables inspired by the upcoming cinematic universe.
It rolls out in two phases. From May 28, 2026, players can enter the Toxic Exchange Event, complete daily missions, and collect permanent in-game rewards — including the Toxic Daddy Trenchcoat, Toxic Parachute, Toxic Avatar, Toxic Avatar Frame, Toxic Space Gift, and limited voice packs in Hindi and Kannada.
Then on June 2, the heat turns up. The second phase brings the Toxic Voice Pack Crate featuring Yash’s special voice packs in Hindi and Kannada. Hearing the KGF star call out enemies in your language mid-match? That’s a different level of immersion.
BGMI also rolled out a surprise cameo film featuring Yash, extending the collaboration beyond the game itself.
The Film Behind the Drop
Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups stars Yash alongside Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, and Tara Sutaria, directed by Geetu Mohandas. It is being shot in Kannada and English and will release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam — produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations as a large-scale international action drama.
This is exactly the kind of crossover BGMI has been building toward — with the game having crossed 260 million downloads and growing into a cultural space for young creators, communities and storytellers.
