Yamaha on Wednesday announced the launch of two new truly wireless earbuds (TWS) — TW-E3B and TW-E5B in India. The company also said that its newly launched pair of earbuds auto-correct the sound stability flawlessly according to the volume to lessen ear debility.
For those who are not aware, Yamaha as a brand is known for its audio/visual devices in the musical industry and has over 130 years of history in musical instruments. These new buds are the organization’s first step into the well-known and profitable TWS segment.
Yamaha TW-E5B TWS earbuds Specifications and features
The TW-E5B earbuds have 7mm, dynamic drivers, with a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz. It has IPX5 dust and water-resistant layer and it has Bluetooth version 5.2 for connection. This pair of earbuds have Qualcomm’s CVC (Clear Voice Capture), and Qualcomm aptX technologies. It also features a smart circling sound mode for the times when the users need to be known their surroundings. For gaming freaks, the TW-E5B has a devoted Gaming Mode that lessens the lag between sound and video while amending the audio performance for gaming use and video content.
Coming to the battery, the Yamaha TW-E5B earbuds provide a continuous playback time of 30 hours with a charging time of 2.5 hours for the case and 1.5 hours for the earbuds. It says that these earbuds can last for one hour on 10 minutes of charge. More features include controls for phone calls, music playback, and Siri / Google Assistant bracing. It is available in Black and Blue color variants.

The TW-E3B TWS earbuds have 6mm, dynamic drivers, with a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz, IPX5 dust and water-resistant layer, and Bluetooth version 5.2 for connectivity. It provides a high-quality audio codec, Qualcomm aptX, that supports SBC, AAC, and Qualcomm’s modern aptX audio for higher sound quality. It provides a continuous playback time of 24 hours and it takes nearly two hours to charge fully. It is available in Blue, Pink, Purple, and Black color variants.
Yamaha TWS earbuds price and availability
The TW-E3B TWS earbuds cost Rs 8,490, while the Yamaha TW-E5B cost Rs 14,200. There is no information on the availability of the two earbuds in India yet.
