Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 Update with Android 15 Launching Globally

Last month, Xiaomi announced its new Android 15-based OS, HyperOS 2. HyperOS 2 builds upon the success of its predecessor, HyperOS launched in 2023 this month will be phased in around the world. As for the devices, Xiaomi confirmed on its Weibo page that the updated versions of MIUI 15 will roll out in first place on the Xiaomi 14 series before also being made available to selected tablets and wearables.

Xiaomi’s Android 15-Based HyperOS 2 Update to Launch Globally This Month

According to the global rollout schedule made available by Xiaomi (via X; formerly Twitter), the first devices receiving the HyperOS 2 update are said to include those from the Xiaomi 14 series, Mix Flip, and Redmi Note 13 series. In addition, the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 and Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro will also be updated. Starting in December, the Xiaomi 13 series, Redmi Note 12 series, and several Poco smartphones will also receive the update, alongside additional tablet models. Here’s a breakdown of the devices set to receive HyperOS 2:

First Set – November 2024
