Xiaomi is obviously known as a smartphone giant but for its rapid progress in technology, it has well been able to capitalize the market with a wide range of so-called “smart products” for a connected ecosystem. Of all of them, its laptops have been well received by the consumers and Xiaomi makes no delay in updating its laptops each year with new hardware.
It has both Mi Notebooks and RedmiBook laptop series, the former being more premium ones and the latter being more of the budget end. Recently, Xiaomi launched the RedmiBook 13, 14, and 16 laptops powered by the laptops AMD Ryzen 4000 APUs and now it seems Xiaomi will be launching RedmiBook 16 laptop with 10nm based Intel Ice Lake CPUs.
The teasers shared by Xiaomi confirms that a new RedmiBook 16 laptop powered by these latest Intel Ice Lake processors will be launched on 8th July. Apart from this, nothing has been revealed but you can expect the laptop to feature the same set of features like the recently announced RedmiBook 16 with Ryzen APUs.
Also, the laptop should feature 8/16 GB of RAM along with 512 GB NVMe SSD and there should be integrated graphics options and dedicated NVIDIA graphics as well. The display also should have a greater screen-to-body ratio and great battery life as well. So, these upcoming Intel-powered 16-inch RedmiBook laptops should be having a starting price of 3,999 Yuan much like the other RedmiBooks with Ryzen 4000 APUs.
