Xiaomi has launched the Smart TV 5A Pro in India. The new smart TV comes across as an upgrade over the Smart TV 5A that the company had introduced in April this year. That is not all as the new Smart TV 5A Pro will also be succeeding the Mi TV 4A Pro that Xiaomi HD introduced in the country about three years ago.
This new budget smart Android TV is being billed as an “enhanced version of the recently launched Xiaomi Smart TV 5A.” Smart TV 5A Pro 32 price in India is set at Rs 16,999 and it will be available to buy across both online and offline channels. Smart TV 5A Pro has 32-inch (1366×768 pixels) HD LED display with a 178-degree viewing angle, ALLM – Auto Low Latency Modem, Vivid Picture Engine Wide Color Gamut NTSC 85% (typ), DCI-P3 92% (typ). This features Vivid Picture Engine technology, for an immersive and true-to-life viewing experience and comes with 24W speakers, Dolby Audio and DTS:X technology.
The smart TV is equipped with Xiaomi’s in-house Vivid Picture Engine (VPE) image processing technology which is claimed to deliver exceptional colors, significant depth, and deeper contrasts on the TV panel. The Xiaomi Smart TV 5A Pro 32-inch is powered by an unspecified quad-core Cortex-A55 CPU along with Mali-G31 MP2 GPU and 1.5GB RAM. It includes 8GB of storage.
On the connectivity front, the Xiaomi Smart TV 5A Pro 32-inch offers two HDMI 2.0 and two USB ports as well as an AVI input, 3.5mm audio jack, and an Ethernet port. The smart TV also offers dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity. The smart television also comes with a sleek, minimalistic remote that ensures ease of usage across a wide range of functions and control with Quick Mute, Quick Wake and Quick Settings buttons.
