Xiaomi’s much-awaited foldable device, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, is on the verge of its launch next month in August, and its imminent arrival has been officially confirmed by the MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) certification authority in China. The device has been granted the MIIT certification, bearing the permit number 00-B324-238711 and listed with the model number 2308CPXD0C.
All About Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 getting MIIT Certification
As per the certification details, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 is categorized as a 5G digital mobile phone and will offer support for various network connectivity options, including 5G, 4G, 3G, and 2G. Additionally, it will incorporate the eMBB (enhanced mobile broadband) technology for enhanced data transmission capabilities. Furthermore, the device is specified as a dual SIM card – dual standby mobile phone, operating on an Android-based OS, and facilitating seamless 5G roaming across networks.
Earlier, around two weeks ago, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 also obtained the 3C certification in China, with the same model number 2308CPXD0C listed on the certification database. These certifications, alongside the upcoming major launch event by Xiaomi, strongly indicate that the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will undoubtedly be unveiled during the event.
Regarding its features, the Mix Fold 3 is expected to be equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Leading Version chipset, boasting a primary clock speed of 3.36GHz.
