Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi 15S Pro along with the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro at its 15th Anniversary Launch event in China. This special edition device in the 15 series introduces Xiaomi’s first self-developed flagship processor, the Xring O1. Xiaomi 15S Pro Debuts with Custom Xring O1 Chip, 6.73-inch OLED Display, Leica Triple Cameras, ₹68,500+
The Xiaomi 15S Pro is equipped with a 6.73-inch quad-curved OLED display with a resolution of 3200×1440 pixels. Its panel, built with TCL Huaxing’s M9 material, can adapt to an LTPO dynamic refresh rate from 1Hz up to 120Hz. The TV hits a peak SDR brightness of 3200 nits and is compatible with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. It provides high-end features such as 192-zone local tone mapping, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, 2560Hz instantaneous response, and supports multiple dimming technologies.
The display is shielded by Dragon Crystal Glass 2.0 and houses an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner underneath. The phone is driven by the bionic custom SoC, the Xring O1 by Xiaomi, which is based on a 3nm process and brings a total of 19 billion transistors on board. The chip has a 10-core CPU, including two high-performance X925 cores running at 3.9 GHz with a 16-core Immortalis-G925 GPU. The wing-shaped Ring Cold Pump Pro provides high-efficiency cooling with reduced lumen decay: the steam channel is used to enhance the efficiency of heat dissipation so that the heat dissipation area of the light is expanded to 4053mm².
The 15S Pro system is based on the HyperOS 2.0 operating system, which is based on Xiaomi’s latest OS, which is optimized for multi-device collaboration, improved task management, and more customization options. The camera system is made up of three 50MP sensors, all featuring Leica Summilux lenses. The primary sensor is a big 1/1.31-inch Light Fusion 900 and has an f/1.44 aperture and Hyper OIS. It includes a 115° ultra-wide camera with a 5x periscope telephoto lens that supports 10x lossless zoom.
The phone features 8K full-focal video and 4K night video with AI post-processing. The front camera is 32MP and is able to shoot 4K 60fps video. The phone is powered by a 6100mAh battery with 850Wh/L high-density that comes with 90W Wired Charging, 50W wireless, and Magnetic wireless charging. It is 8.33mm thick and weighs 216 grams. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, USB 3.2 Gen 1, infrared remote, dual SIM, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a four-mic array, IP68 water and dust resistance, and ultra-wideband (UWB) for smart home and car interaction.
The Xiaomi 15S Pro is available in Dragon Scale Fiber and Far Sky Blue colors. The 16GB + 512GB model is priced at CNY 5499 (approximately ₹68,500), while the 16GB + 1TB variant costs CNY 5999 (around ₹74,700). It is currently on sale in China.
