Xiaomi 14 spotted on the NBTC certification: launch seems imminent

In October 2023, Xiaomi had an unveiling in China for its smartphone models, the 14 and 14 Pro, which are among the Xiaomi 14 series. There are rumors that the base variant of the Xiaomi 14 will be the only one offered internationally. 2024’s Mobile World Congress is expected to be the venue for the official announcement.

According to the listing, this gadget is compatible with GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR networks. We already know the features of the Xiaomi 14, as it has already made its debut in China.

With a peak brightness of 3000 nits and an amazing 120 Hz refresh rate, the 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED LTPO display on the Xiaomi 14 (Chinese edition) is quite remarkable. Furthermore, offering resistance and endurance to the display is Corning Glass Victus Protection. Combining LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which powers the smartphone, allows for smooth multitasking and effective performance. Using an Android 14 base, the smartphone is powered by HyperOS.

The camera part has a triple camera arrangement on the back consisting of a 50 MP JN1 ultrawide camera, a 50 MP telephoto JN1 camera, and a 50 MP Light Hunter 900 OIS primary camera sensor. A 32 MP OV32B selfie camera is featured on the front of the smartphone. The 4610 mAh battery powering the smartphone allows for both 50 W wireless charging and 90 W conventional charging via a USB 3.2 Gen 1 connector.

That being said, the NBTC certification of the Xiaomi 14 global variant suggests that it will soon be available in Thailand. The device has been identified in the NBTC database with model number 23127PN0CG.
