Xbox Series S codenamed “Lockhart” gets confirmed via leaked ‘Robot White’ Controller

Microsoft will be launching the much-hyped next-gen console – the Xbox Series X and it will be the flagship console which e have all been waiting for. Also, much like its previous Xbox One S, Microsoft will surely be launching a budget version called the Xbox Series S, and Microsoft has not yet tipped any info about the codenamed ‘Lockhart’ console.

Xbox Series S codenamed “Lockhart” gets confirmed via leaked ‘Robot White’ Controller

Although it seems to have confirmed via a leaked Xbox Series X controller packaging, which Microsoft has always denied about. As The Verge reported, the controller was previously shared by deleted Reddit account Wolfy_Wizzardo, which is associated with a white console. Also, it was said to have featured a user interface that closely resembles that of the Xbox One.

So, hints speculate this to be an Xbox Series S because the controller in the image matches with The Verge‘s previous report that stated:

“The controller itself includes the new D-pad on the Xbox Series X controller, alongside the new share button that Microsoft is shipping on next-gen controllers”

Twitter user Zak S has somehow managed to buy the same controller along with the complete packaging which says that it works with both the Xbox Series X and most importantly the Xbox Series S while Microsoft is yet to officially confirm the existence of the Xbox Series S.

On the other hand, the color of this controller is dubbed as ‘Robot White’ and seemingly matches to the design of last month’s leaked white next-gen Xbox controller. Also, it matches with the new features like hybrid D-pad, textured grip, Share button, and other connectivity options, so undoubtedly, this is a retail controller that seemingly supports both Xbox Series X and Series S, along with support for Xbox One, Windows 10, Android and iOS devices.
