Huawei is getting ready for a big announcement on September 19th, a global event when the company will unveil the newest products in its lineup, which may include the Watch D2 and the Huawei Watch GT 5. The Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2<\/a> (2024), which was already unveiled in China last month, is the star of the show, though. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a brightness of up to 2,000 nits, triple the longevity of conventional OLEDs, and a notable 33% reduction in power usage, Huawei’s groundbreaking Tandem OLED PaperMatte Display is featured on this tablet.<\/p>\n\n\n

The revised Watch GT 5 and blood pressure monitoring Watch D2 are now scheduled to launch on September 19, 2024, along with the Pro 12.2. Huawei<\/a> has also alluded to the simultaneous release of a second “band-new” MatePad, which based on the information in its teasers appears to be a global rebranding of the Air (2024).<\/p>\n\n\n

As of now, the teaser posts discuss the Tandem OLED PaperMatte Display, which debuted with the Pro 12.2. In addition to having a brightness of up to 2,000 nits, this dual-layer OLED should have three times the endurance of a standard OLED and a 33% lower power usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
