Here we have the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro 2nd Gen in for review, though this is a 2022 model but a good choice in that Rs.40k price segment, retailing for ₹44,999 which is quite similar to the iPad 10th Gen pricing. Now, the first thing that comes to your mind is why should you buy this Android tablet over an iPad, well, the biggest pull of this Tab P11 Pro 2nd Gen is its OLED display and pure Android experience.

Already we reviewed the first-gen of this tablet almost 2 years ago but it’s good that Lenovo is still offering the core elements of this series. However, is it enough for you to consider this tablet? Let’s find out in our detailed review of this Lenovo Tab P11 Pro 2nd Gen after using it as my secondary device for some time now:

Well, if you are someone who wants to flaunt your tablet in front of others, then the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro 2nd Gen is one of the best for the price. The aluminum unibody design looks as well as feels great on the hands and sports a unique dual-tone finish to complement a clean, contemporary profile.

It’s not the biggest tablet out there with a smaller screen size but it’s easier to hold and with narrow bezels, it’s easier to hold on your hands as well as carry with the keypad folio. It’s just 6.8 mm thin and 480 gm light, so as I was saying this iPad is a very modern-looking sleek, premium device.

The 11.2 inch 2.5K (2560*1536) OLED display on this Lenovo Tab P11 Pro 2nd Gen is the main show here because as we all know OLED displays are expensive but have got cheaper in recent years. So, this Rs.40k price is quite hefty no doubt but you will enjoy the deep blacks and contrast because of the OLED panel here.

The quality of the OLED panel is excellent, and goes very bright with a rich contrast ratio, meaning deeper blacks and colors look excellent on this tablet. I enjoyed playing movies; thanks to Dolby Vision and TÜV Rheinland eye comfort certification, you can continuously watch anything without any issues.

Also, if you are mediaholic, you will love this Lenovo Tab P11 Pro 2nd Gen tablet as it’s Netflix HD certified and supports high-quality FHD streaming with Dolby Vision for supported apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+Hotstar, and others. Overall, for most users, the display remains the USP here and you will enjoy the breathtaking OLED panel given here.

Lenovo has increased the performance of this Tab P11 Pro 2nd Gen by upgrading to Mediatek Kompanio 1300T paired with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB. This looks to be a good combo in itself with the stock Android experience but to my surprise, the tablet isn’t the most fluid one because while it handles everyday tasks gently but struggles sometimes with animations and UI.
