But upon United’s interest, they have reached an agreement over a €3 million compensation for the Turkish side. The Premier League giants will sign Weghorst on a loan deal, which seems to be until the end of the season.

He was singled out by Erik Ten Hag as the preferred transfer target to bolster their frontline. And the Dutch manager will be getting his man, who has been very eager to make the switch to Old Trafford.
Manchester United have been left short-staffed in the striker department after the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo.
