The World Cup is the biggest football tournament on earth. It is considered the pinnacle of world football. The 2022 edition of the World Cup is currently going on in Qatar. India is a football-crazy country with a huge percentage of the population following the game passionately.

The TV Rating data of the first 48 Matches ie, till the group stage has now been revealed by BARC. Brazil is the most supported country in India followed by Argentina and Portugal. The matches featuring Brazil have been rated the best and most watched in India as per the BARC’s data (Male 15+ ABC). The Brazil vs Switzerland group stage match has been rated the best with 0.9 TVR and was also the most reached match of the tournament with 13 million viewers cumulatively.
