Szczesny has been with the Turin club since 2017, having joined them from Arsenal. In his seven years with the club, he has won the Scudetto and Coppa Italia thrice, while also winning the Supercoppa Italiana twice.

In seven seasons, the goalkeeper has made 252 appearances across all competitions, keeping 103 clean sheets, 15 of which came this season.

Juventus have already prepared themselves for life without Wojciech Szczesny, as they have signed Michele Di Gregorio from Monza to become their first-choice goalkeeper from next season. They have also extended Mattia Perin’s contract to retain him as their backup goalkeeper as a necessary precaution.
