Sometimes, the quietest films make the loudest statements. *With Love*, starring debutant lead Abishan Jeevinth and Anaswara Rajan, has officially wrapped its theatrical run at ₹33.25 crore gross at the Indian box office — a genuinely impressive number for a film headlined by a first-time lead actor. But the real story isn’t the total. It’s the jaw-dropping return on investment.

### A Debut That Redefined the Tamil Box Office in 2026

Let’s put that budget-to-collection ratio into perspective. Mounted on a controlled budget of just ₹4 crore, *With Love* registered a staggering 644.5% return on investment — making it the most profitable Tamil film of 2026. [Disney](https://movies.disney.com/hoppers) That’s not a typo.

The film dominated the youth demographic at multiplexes, maintaining nearly 100% occupancy in select urban centres during its second weekend — significantly outperforming initial commercial expectations.

The movie received a strong positive audience reception, which drove its theatrical longevity. Had the OTT window been delayed by a few more weeks, it could have comfortably crossed the ₹40 crore mark.

### The Man Behind the Magic: Abishan Jeevinth

This isn’t just a box office story — it’s a career origin story. Abishan Jeevinth was already the creative force behind the 2025 blockbuster *Tourist Family*, which grossed ₹87.23 crore worldwide. Transitioning from the director’s chair to the lead role with equal success is a rare double feat in Tamil cinema.

According to the [With Love Wikipedia page](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/With_Love_(2026_film)), the film’s title was officially revealed by none other than **Rajinikanth** himself — the father of producer Soundarya Rajinikanth — adding a touch of superstar glamour to what was otherwise a low-key, intimate project.

The film is now streaming on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada — cementing its status as a pan-South success story.
