Filmfare OTT Awards 2023
Hansal Mehta’s fantastic web series Scoop conquers the award of the best series, and Rajkummar Rao has been recognized as the best actor (male) award in the critics category. The highly-anticipated show Filmfare OTT Awards 2023 honored the actors, directors, and technicians for their OTT series and web original films. The delightful awards ceremony was organized on Sunday and unlocks everyone from Alia Bhatt to Sonam Kapoor in attendance.
Alia Bhatt has recently acquired her first National Award for extraordinary performance in Gangubai Kathiawadi. The best actor award was bagged by none other than the veteran star Manoj Bajpayee. The man has done absolutely wonderful work over the years, the actor lifted the trophy to his home for his marvelous performance in Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai.
The cutest actress Alia Bhatt bagged the best actor award in web original film (female) for Darlings. On the other side, Rajkummar Rao got the best actor (male) award in the critics category for his Netflix masterpiece Monica O My Darling. Apart from Alia Bhatt for her film Darlings; Vijay Varma is still from his show, Dahaad.
Karishma Tanna and Sonakshi Sinha were awarded the best actor, series (female) in the critics category for Scoop and Dahaad. Vijay Varma also awarded the same award in the male category for Dahaad. The film Scoop won the awards for best series at Filmfare OTT 2023, while Trial by Fire bagged the trophy for best series in the critics category. Sharmila Tagore (Gulmohar) and Sanya Malhotra (Kathal) also won the best actor (female) award in the critics category.
