Some films change an actor’s perspective on what cinema can be. For Alia Bhatt, **Alpha** seems to be exactly that kind of experience — and she isn’t shy about saying so.

In an exclusive conversation, the actress opened up about shooting YRF’s high-octane spy actioner, calling it one of the most enjoyable experiences of her career. With Alpha gearing up for a July 3, 2026 release, anticipation is building fast, and Alia’s candid words are only adding fuel to the buzz.

## What Makes Alpha Different

Spy films have long been a male-dominated playground in Bollywood. Alpha flips that script, placing Alia Bhatt and Sharvari at the center of the action — and that’s precisely what excited Alia the most.

She shared that stepping into a world of scale, action, and adventure pushed her in new ways, and that having two women drive the narrative made the project feel like something audiences rarely get to see. She described Alpha as a celebration of attitude — and of moviegoing itself.

Alia also credited the energy on set, saying the enthusiasm of her director, co-stars, and crew made every single day on set something to look forward to.
