Lakshya Sen has had a historic run at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The 22-year-old became the first Indian to make it to the semifinals in badminton, eventually losing to former gold medalist Viktor Axelsen in the penultimate state.

While the remainder of the Indian contingent has failed to win a medal at the Olympics so far, Sen has the opportunity to continue their winning streak over the past three editions. He will be facing Lee Zii Jia of Malaysia for a chance to win the bronze medal.
