A great poster tells you who a character is before the first episode begins. The new artwork for *What a Boss Wants* does exactly that, giving each of its three leads their own color, symbol and a tagline that reveals what they’re really thinking.

## What a Boss Wants: The Story in a Nutshell

Based on a [web novel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_novel), this romance drama stars Sung Hoon as Kwon Do Hyuk, a chaebol boss with no sense of taste who sets out to find a mystery woman whose voice he heard on an album. Oh Se Young plays Lee Eun Chae, the lead vocalist of an indie band, who becomes the one variable in his otherwise perfect life.

## What a Boss Wants: Meet the Three Leads

| Character | Actor | Poster Look | Tagline Vibe |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Kwon Do Hyuk | Sung Hoon | Blue background with zeros and ones, cold charisma with a relaxed smile | Confident: “Three months, and you’ll fall for me without fail” |
| Lee Eun Chae | Oh Se Young | Bright colors, musical notes, carefree expression | Defiant, saying she’d never fall for a guy like him |
| Moon Tae Kyung | Lee Jung Shin | Fresh green with fluttering leaves, gentle smile | Reassuring, promising to keep her secret |

## Why the Poster Works?

Sung Hoon’s data-driven backdrop reflects a perfectionist who trusts logic over feelings. Oh Se Young’s palette captures a dreamer working towards a singing career as Su, vocalist of the indie band Indie Red. Her tagline sets up a classic bickering rivalry that plays against his certainty. Lee Jung Shin’s Moon Tae Kyung adds warmth: he knows Eun Chae’s secret and repeatedly steps in as her self-appointed knight in shining armor.

## A Love Triangle With a Twist

The fun lies in contrast. One man treats romance like an equation, another offers quiet kindness, and the heroine sits between them with a secret identity and a stubborn streak. The production team said each poster uses elements and colors matched to its character, and invited viewers to enjoy a cheerful, heart-fluttering romance among three people from different worlds.
