The IT sector in India now facing issues low margins and shrinking valuations for some time, the new aspect is employee dissatisfaction

The employees are facing issues regarding human resources. There are some other issues like  minimal salary hikes, cutbackks  on variable pay with inordinate  delays for new  employees.

Apart from them, the sector is facing employee loyalty due to high attrition, moonlighting, and lay-offs.

Recent data shows, the attrition levels in IT companies touch at another level, as Infosys reported a 27.1 percent attrition, 7 percent attrition, Wipro confirms 23 percent, TCS stood 21.5 percent attrition

Delay of New Employees

After getting the offer letter, the top MNCs showing huge delay to join the new  employees. this is really a big concern for  them

What is the Solution?

This problem can be solved by offering better employment to the employees who belongs to the lower band of the salary structure. Maintaining coherent  employee culture also can be a solution. Apart from product and business, the CEO  should  focus on cutural  transformation, and strategies to boost the interest of the employees.
