Vivo has introduced the Vivo Y19e in India as its latest budget-friendly Y-series smartphone. The device comes in Majestic Green and Titanium Silver color options and it is available in only 4GB RAM + 64GB storage configuration. The Vivo Y19e is powered by a Unisoc T7225 processor and features a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display. It packs a 5,500mAh battery and comes with IP64-rated dust and water resistance.

Vivo Y19e Debuts in India With 6.74″ Display, 5,500mAh Battery, Unisoc Chipset, and AI Cameras at ₹7,999

The Vivo Y19e is priced at ₹7,999 in India and can be purchased via Flipkart, Vivo India e-store, and major retail stores. Talking about software, the smartphone ships with FunTouch OS 14 on top of Android 14. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T7225 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage space for a seamless performance. In terms of optics, the Vivo Y19e has an AI-powered dual rear camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel main sensor (f/2.2 aperture) and a 0.08-megapixel secondary sensor (f/3.0 aperture).

It also has elements like AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance to improve the quality of images using AI-based photography features. The Vivo Y19e has 5G connectivity, 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, and support for Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, GPS, OTG, FM Radio, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS. It is also equipped with an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, and proximity sensor. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for added safety.

In addition, the device has SGS and Military-Grade Shock Resistance certification, which means it is better protected against falls and shocks. It comes with a 5,500mAh battery with a 15W fast charge that is said to provide up to 19 hours of YouTube video playback and 22.5 hours of Spotify music playback. The smartphone boasts relatively very large dimensions of 167.3 x 76.95 x 8.19mm and weighs 199 grams, so definitely a solid pick for budget-conscious buyers.
