As per recent reports, Vivo is about to launch its X60 series on December 29 and it is said that Vivo X60 series smartphones will be the first to be powered by the 5nm Exynos 1080+ chipset.
As of now, Vivo X60 series design and key specs have been revealed ahead of its launch. At first, Vivo will announce this series in China and after quite a few months, it will be available for the global market. We have seen that the Vivo X50 series was first introduced in July and after a few months, it has appeared outside China. Now, let’s check out its specifications.
Specifications of Vivo X60 (Expected)
The Vivo X60 series is said to have a Samsung-made Super AMOLED hole-punch display with a faster refresh rate of 120Hz. As mentioned earlier, this phone will be the first one to get powered by a 5nm Exynos 1080+ chipset. Talking about the Exynos 1080+ chipset, it holds a 1+3+4 core configuration. With an overall AnTuTu score of 693,600, this chipset easily beats the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC.
In terms of the camera section, we’ve no idea as well. All we came to know is that it will have a rectangular rear camera setup that includes three or four sensors and a hole-punch is there at the front for clicking selfies. As per its predecessor X50 series, it has a micro-gimbal camera system for capturing stable videos. So, the Vivo X60 should be equipped with an ultra-stable micro gimbal. As per the released poster, the Vivo X60 will feature a triple rear camera setup whereas the Pro variant will offer an additional square-shaped lens, that could be a periscope telephoto sensor.
The SoC of this phone will be paired with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. As of now, we have no idea regarding the capacity of its battery, but the battery will get powered by a 33W fast charger. This series is expected to come in three different color variants: blue, black, and white.
