Vivo X200 Series Launching Soon in India: Features, Price & More

Vivo India recently confirmed the upcoming launch, and nowadays after listing via IXI, the company is set to soon introduce the Vivo X200 series in India. The announcement was made by the company on its X (formerly Twitter) handle on Friday that the new devices will be launched soon.

Meanwhile, Vivo India has been teasing the designs of the upcoming models on a dedicated microsite for its website. Last month, Vivo launched the Vivo X200 lineup comprising three models, namely the Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro, and the Vivo X200 Pro Mini in China. But, looks like the X200 Pro Mini isn’t going to be available in India as it is now conflicted with the Indian microsite.

The latest high-end series, the Vivo X200 series offers top-of-the-line specifications supported by MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC and is also equipped with Zeiss-branded cameras, showcasing Vivo’s continued progress in putting good optics on smartphones. As per the official announcements, these devices will also come with Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 on top whereas their Chinese counterparts boot up Origin OS 5. As for the top-end Vivo X200 Pro, it will feature a 200-megapixel Zeiss APO telephoto camera and will be one of the first devices in India to feature such a powerful camera sensor.

With this, Vivo announces a big step for the India market featuring highlight imaging hardware towards providing flagship specs to affordably priced devices. On the battery front, Vivo X200 will house a 5,800mAh battery whereas the Vivo X200 Pro will also have a bigger-sized 6,000mAh durable battery. The Pro variant will five also be equipped with Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip for improved camera processing.

The Vivo X200 series doesn’t yet have an official price in India, but the Vivo X200 starts at CNY 4,300 (approximately ₹51,000) for the base variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage while the Vivo X200 Pro also starts at CNY 5,999 (around ₹63,000), again for a base version. Vivo has confirmed that the Indian version of the X200 series will be available soon, with further details expected to follow in the coming days.
