The Vivo X100s have been in the headlines since November. We expect an upgraded Vivo X100 with this phone. The future smartphone is expected to launch as the new Vivo X100 model in China in November 2023. Weibo Tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed important information regarding the upcoming X100s smartphone.
Vivo X100s expected specifications
Tipster Digital Chat Station revealed on Weibo that the Vivo X100s will have a glass rear panel and a flat metal frame. Like its predecessor, the display will continue to support 1.5K resolution. Built on a 4nm technology, the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC may power the next Vivo X100s.
The Vivo X100s may ship with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, which is thought to be an overclocked variant of the Dimensity 9300 chipset, according to recent hints from the same informant. In addition, a 5,000mAh battery and a flat OLED FHD+ display may be featured on the Vivo X100s.
The phone is powered by a slightly slower, older Dimensity 9300 processor. It does, however, support the quicker 120W wired charging standard.
Beyond the somewhat different color options, the flat screen, and the flat frame, it’s unclear what else will set it apart from the X100 at this moment.
In addition to white, black, and cyan, the phone will also be available in “titanium”—it’s not clear if the latter is simply the name of a hue or if the substance with that name would be used in addition. The glass body seems to feel pretty excellent, and everything is of the top caliber one would expect from a flagship model.
Regarding the launch, it is projected that the Vivo X100s would officially launch by the end of March.
